We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. No returns can be accepted for food items or custom specification items. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and contain our Return Authorization Number (RMA) affixed to the outside of the package. Please call 1-800-457-5502 to obtain an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Canceled orders that have already been shipped or are undeliverable may be assessed with a restocking fee of up to 25% or cost of freight to help recover shipping and return shipping costs incurred.
Delivery charges are calculated by item weight, how it is packed with other items or in it's own carton from our warehouses to your zip code or on per-product basis with selected items. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.
Our Shipping Estimator can also calculate delivery charges before checkout for your convenience. Simply add an item to cart in your desire quantity and select your state and zip code to submit for estimated delivery charges. The shipping charges will update each time something is added in the cart.
Please note with all Paypal orders we can only ship to your Paypal confirmed address. To prevent delays in shipping your order please make sure your shipping address is confirmed in your Paypal account.
